🚚 Shipping

📚 Books (Coloring Books, Art Prints, Etc.)
• Production Time: Each book is printed on demand. It usually takes 3–5 business days before it even ships.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping can take up to 28 days. In rare cases — customs delays, bad weather, address issues — it can stretch to 6 weeks.
• International Orders: If you’re outside the U.S., you may have to pay customs or import duties when the package arrives. Those fees are on you.

👕 Apparel, Jigsaw Puzzles & Everything Else
• Production Time: Every item is made to order. Expect 2–5 business days for production before shipping begins.
• Shipping Time:
– U.S. / Canada: Usually 3–4 business days after production.
– International: 5–20 business days (sometimes faster, sometimes slower).
– Express: Available for select products; 1–3 business days after production.
• International Orders: Same deal — import/customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• ⚠️ Special Note: The CleoWulf Jigsaw Puzzle ships U.S. only — no international delivery for this item.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the work. If something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it or refund you — no questions asked.

Wrong size or puzzle count?
• You can return it for an exchange, but return shipping is your responsibility.
• The item must come back sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened or used items cannot be returned.

Proof required before you ship it back.
• Email clear photos to cleowulf.studio.llc@gmail.com.
• Photos must show the item unopened and sealed AND the return package fully sealed with the label on it.
• When we receive the return, we’ll photograph it on arrival. If it doesn’t match the photos (opened, damaged, swapped), no refund or replacement will be issued.

Damage Claims
• If you believe your order arrived damaged, email dated photos of the box, label, and product as it arrived.
• All claims are reviewed with our production partners and the shipping carrier.
• If they confirm damage, we’ll replace or refund. If they do not confirm, or if proof isn’t provided, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Missing or Stolen Packages (“Porch Pirates”)
• When the carrier scans a package as Delivered, CleoWulf Studio considers the order fulfilled.
• If you believe your package was stolen, file a carrier theft claim (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and consider filing a police report.
No Automatic Courtesy Replacements: Due to the ability of this policy to be abused, we’ve had to institute strict measures. We do not automatically refund or replace packages marked as Delivered.
Fraud Shield Activated: Any replacement for a stolen package is strictly at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Multiple theft claims connected to the same identity — including the same address, household, business, or individual name — will not be honored.

Buyer’s remorse?
• If you simply change your mind, we cannot accept a return. Every item is custom‑produced just for you.

Wrong addresses / unclaimed packages:
• If an order gets sent back because of a wrong address or wasn’t picked up, we’ll hold it for 30 days.
• You can have it reshipped, but you’ll cover the new shipping.

🔒 Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We only collect information needed to process your order (name, address, payment info) and we don’t sell your data — ever.

💳 Payment Info

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is charged at checkout. Nothing ships (or gets made) until your payment clears.

❓ General FAQ

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Most countries are covered. Customs/import fees may apply outside the U.S. — you’ll see them at delivery.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Books sometimes ship separately from apparel, so you might get more than one tracking email.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If it’s still within the timeframes above, give it a little longer — international orders especially. If it’s way past the window, contact us and we’ll investigate.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us photos promptly. If our partners and the carrier confirm damage, we’ll replace or refund you. If they don’t, or no proof is provided, no refund or replacement is issued.

Can I return something if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes — if it’s unopened and sealed, and you ship it back at your expense.
